How to Access Our Services

To access our free health services, an application needs to be made first. We conduct an assessment on each application to ensure that the need is genuine. By requesting our help, the applicant also needs to consent to providing certain details on their personal situation, in order to check whether they are eligible for free services. These details are treated on a strictly confidential basis.

If the application is successful, the patient will be offered a registration card, after which they can start booking in. The registration card needs to be brought with them at each appointment, along with the National ID card.

We operate on an appointment-only basis. This helps us ensure that we can provide the necessary time and attention to each patient. Because our volunteers offer their services on a purely charitable basis, they are also not present on site at all times and therefore, we need to book patients in to suit their schedule.
